The Health Point Weight Loss System teaches the proper use of water, real food, protein snacks, portion control, supplements, a 3500 increase in your regular steps to assist your body in burning off stored fat and reaching your goal BMI (Body Mass Index). At Nutrition Education Services (NES) we find out your blood type, what your inflammatory foods are, and create a rotation diet of nourishing foods that are comptible with your body chemistry. We teach you how to rotate your diet, and use moderate exercise and muscle strengthing to help your body burn off the excess stored fat.
